Job summary

Biolinq in San Diego is seeking a software engineer to join a team developing intradermal biosensor technology and the associated software data extraction and rendering SDK. The role collaborates with operations, clinical trials, engineering, and marketing to establish requirements and deliver high-quality software.

Candidates should have a BS or MS in a related field and 5–8 years of experience in mobile, server, or GUI development, plus production deployment and familiarity with quality

Qualifications

• Requires confidence in at least one software discipline (mobile, server, or GUI) and one language (e.g., GO, JavaScript, Swift, Kotlin).
• Deployed and supported at least one production application/service.
• Solid understanding of threading and design principles; familiarity with Agile in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software within the assigned discipline and language.
• Estimate time for moderate features or microservices and communicate trade-offs.
• Write unit tests and documentation per Biolinq Quality System.
