CVS Health Digital is seeking a Staff Software Development Engineer – iOS to drive design, architecture, and delivery of scalable HealthKit‑enabled iOS solutions. The role collaborates with cross‑functional teams to deliver secure, high‑quality digital health products and to lead engineering excellence across the SDLC.

You will mentor junior engineers, oversee integrations with HealthKit, and champion modern mobile engineering practices while aligning with enterprise standards and privacy

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience across the software development lifecycle.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience developing and implementing native iOS applications and frameworks.
• 4+ years of experience with mobile application testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• 4+ years of proficiency in Swift development.
• 1 year of experience with AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-performance native iOS apps aligned with business objectives and enterprise standards.
• Contribute to architecture and solution-design initiatives, providing technical leadership throughout the SDLC.
• Evaluate feasibility, scalability, performance, and maintainability to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Conduct code reviews and promote engineering excellence through standards and quality frameworks.
• Lead integrations with Apple HealthKit for secure health data collection and synchronization.
