Job summary

Luscii is hiring an experienced iOS Developer to join our remote-first team building healthcare apps that connect patients, devices and clinicians. You will own features end-to-end, write tests, and contribute to architecture with MVVM and clean OO design.

English is our primary language for collaboration and you’ll work in a Holacratic environment. Based in the Netherlands, this role offers a flexible setup and a salary range of €4,600–€5,900 gross per month for a 32-hour work week, with

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience as iOS or mobile developer.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field, with Agile experience.
Experience writing unit tests and UI tests for mobile apps.
Knowledge of MVVM and OO design patterns.
Experience with web services, cloud technologies, APIs; comfortable debugging memory management, multithreading, networking.
Open to Holacracy; fluent English in internal communications.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize iOS applications using Swift with focus on performance and UX.
Contribute to application architecture and the modular codebase.
Build prototypes and proofs of concept to validate ideas early.
Create intuitive interfaces tailored to iOS devices.
Develop and maintain features that communicate with BLE devices.
Troubleshoot production issues and review code for sound decisions.
Explore SwiftUI and related mobile tech to improve apps.
