Oura is seeking a Senior iOS Engineer for the Connectivity team to architect, design and develop low-level functionality for the Oura iOS app. You will work closely with Firmware and Platform teams to ensure seamless hardware-software integration and scalable connectivity between the ring and app.

The role emphasizes building performant, maintainable apps with a focus on reducing legacy code, exploring new frameworks, and delivering high-quality code.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional development experience shipping iOS apps.
• Strong experience with Swift and UIKit, modern iOS app architectures, and common third‑party libraries and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design and build new features in the Connectivity team.
• Collaborate closely with Firmware and Platform teams.
• Ensure consistency across our apps.
• Prototype and explore new frameworks to improve productivity.
• Develop systems to ensure performant, maintainable apps and improve developer experience as we scale.
