Job summary

Voodoo is seeking a talented iOS Engineer to play a key role in the Blitz real-money gaming platform. You will develop, maintain, and optimize the iOS app, collaborating with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver features and a high-quality experience.

You will also integrate motion design and ensure performance and stability across devices. The role requires 5+ years in iOS, strong Swift/UIKit expertise, and a solid understanding of MVC/N‑tier patterns and RESTful APIs.

Qualifications

5+ years of iOS production experience.
Expert in Swift and UIKit with best practices.
Strong understanding of iOS design patterns (MVC/N‑tiers) and RESTful APIs.
Skilled at debugging, memory, performance optimization.
Able to write clean, maintainable, testable code.
Keen to build visually engaging, responsive experiences.
Nice to have: motion design (Core Animation) and gaming apps experience.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for iOS.

Role

We are looking for a talented iOS Engineer who will play a key role in the development of Blitz, our real-money gaming platform.

Develop, maintain, and optimize Blitz’s iOS application to deliver a high-performance, engaging experience for users.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to implement features and functionality.
Work on integrating visually appealing and interactive motion design elements to enhance the user experience.
Ensure the app adheres to best practices for code quality, performance, and maintainability.
Debug and resolve issues, ensuring the app runs smoothly across various iOS devices and versions.

Profile

Excellent iOS development skills with 5+ years of experience building and shipping production-grade applications.
Expertise in Swift and UIKit, with a deep understanding of their best practices and nuances.
Solid understanding of iOS design patterns, MVC/N-tiers architecture, and RESTful APIs.
Proficiency in debugging and optimizing app performance, memory usage, and battery consumption.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
Enthusiasm for creating visually engaging and responsive user experiences.
Nice to have :
Strong knowledge of integrating and implementing motion design using frameworks like Core Animation or third-party libraries (e.g., Lottie).
Experience working on real-money gaming or skill-based gaming or gaming applications.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for iOS applications.
Experience in animations and transitions to bring interfaces to life.
