About The Role

At Quantum Metric, we're revolutionizing how businesses understand their mobile users. You will develop our core iOS SDK—the technology that enables our customers to see detailed user interactions across hundreds of millions of devices. We seek proactive, innovative iOS engineers driven to build impactful code and solve complex mobile challenges.

Responsibilities

1. Architect and develop robust SDKs, designing, building, and maintaining sophisticated iOS-specific SDKs and tools.
2. Champion code quality with rigorous testing and automation to ensure reliability across diverse customer applications.
3. Lead and collaborate on best practices, strategies, and techniques to navigate the evolving iOS landscape.
4. Contribute to product evolution through technical discussions on new features and enhancements.
5. Assist in creating clear documentation and engage with customers to help them leverage our SDKs effectively.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Objective-C and Swift, with experience building and maintaining complex iOS applications or SDKs.
• Broader mobile development knowledge (e.g., Flutter or React Native) is a plus.
• Experience with iOS testing frameworks such as XCTest and Appium.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and collaborate effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and understand their technical challenges.
• Valued but not mandatory: a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related fields; self-taught engineers with demonstrable skills are highly regarded.

Compensation: $140,000 - $165,000 Base
