Qualifikationen

• 7 to 9 years prior work experience in financial services, preferably in investor servicing.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with focus on accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and cope with month-end workload.
• Ability to work as part of a virtual team across different time zones and geographies.
• Ability to use key financial systems and other IT tools.

Aufgaben

• Monitor receipt of client and investor information through fax and email.
• Open new investor accounts and ensure compliance with fund documentation and AML requirements; process investor transactions.
• Ensure follow-up queries from investors are handled appropriately.
• Handle routine email and fax queries from investors and fund managers; escalate where needed.
• Provide investors and nominees with statements, contract notes and other documentation.
• Produce MIS and other internal operational reports.
• Maintain fund records in a complete and organized manner.
• Keep management in Mumbai, Westchester and Dublin apprised of operational issues.
• Operate within SLA with clients.
