Job summary

Morgan Stanley Fund Services is seeking a proactive professional to join the Investor Experience initiative. This role partners with the Head of Investor Experience to shape and execute initiatives that improve investor journeys, service quality and scalability.

You will develop data-driven insights on investor activity, profiles and trends, lead cross-functional projects, and coordinate with Investor Services, AML, Tax, Documentation, Operations and Technology to enhance onboarding and ongoing

Qualifications

• Meaningful experience in Investor Services, Fund Administration, or related financial services.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end investor lifecycle and regulatory environment.
• Ability to work with large and complex data sets and derive actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of Investor Experience to develop and execute the Investor Experience strategy, identifying opportunities to improve the end-to-end investor journey.
• Build and maintain data-driven investor metrics, dashboards and reporting to translate data into recommendations.
• Source, organize, validate and analyze large data sets from multiple systems to identify trends and opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives for investor segments (nominee investors, intermediaries, wealth platforms) and collaborate across teams.
• Coordinate projects from concept to implementation, manage milestones and stakeholder alignment.
