Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Director, Investor Services in Purchase, NY to serve as the primary contact to the Fund Manager and Investors, ensuring SLAs are met. You will promote investor digitization, educate clients on data confidentiality and GDPR, and coordinate with global teams to ensure privacy and risk management.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in fund administration, AML/KYC, and investor reporting, with extensive experience in Excel, CRM tools, and fund accounting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum five years in fund services/investor handling roles or in a managerial capacity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact to Fund Manager and Investors.
• Ensure SLAs are met in a timely manner.
• Promote Investor Digitization and educate on data confidentiality and GDPR.
• Open new investor accounts complying with fund docs and AML requirements.
• Process investor transactions and cash movements.
• Maintain fund records in regulatory compliance.
• Provide third-level review of teammate activity.
• Coordinate with global MSFS teams to ensure privacy and risk management.
