Job summary

Morgan Stanley Fund Services is seeking a proactive professional to shape and execute Investor Experience initiatives. The role emphasizes data-driven insights, cross-functional leadership, and improving onboarding and servicing for investors across the MSFS platform.

The candidate will partner with the Head of Investor Experience, develop actionable analytics, and drive strategic, regulatory-compliant improvements across Investor Services, AML, FATCA/Tax, Documentation and Technology functions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Investor Services or Fund Administration.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and generate insights.
• Strong Excel and data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Investor Experience strategy.
• Build investor metrics, dashboards and reports.
• Analyze large data sets from multiple systems for trends.
• Lead cross-functional investor initiatives.
• Collaborate with Investor Services and other teams to improve onboarding.
• Coordinate projects with milestones and measurable outcomes.
