  • Work closely with other members of the BDIR team to create new initiatives to deepen limited partner dialogue and raise re-up capital
  • Partner with business development colleagues on servicing of new limited partners post investment into an ITE fund
  • Be able to lead calls/meetings independently
  • Ability to travel
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work closely with others to ensure all inbound requests are covered
  • Team player with a growth mindset to lead new initiatives for efficiency and growth
  • Potential to manage others on the investor relations team

  • Demonstrated experience in applying investment analysis and producing content
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and take ownership in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a team
