Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Public Relations/Communications, or related field.
• MBA, CFA, or IR certification (e.g., ICIR) is a plus.
• 3-5 years of investor relations or related experience in financial communications.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, models, and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for institutional investors, analysts, and the U.S. investment community.
• Prepare and maintain investor presentations, fact sheets, earnings call scripts, Q&A materials, and other investor-facing communications.
• Organize and coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, analyst briefings, earnings calls, and site visits for regional investors.
• Assist in preparing public disclosures per Nasdaq rules and applicable securities laws.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and business teams to identify material events requiring public disclosure.
• Monitor regulatory developments to ensure IR practices are compliant across jurisdictions.
