Taylor Hopkinson | Powered by Brunel is seeking an experienced Investor Relations professional to lead communications with institutional investors and the broader US investment community. The role covers earnings materials, roadshow preparation, and regulatory disclosures.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in IR or related fields, a strong grasp of financial models, and exceptional written and verbal English communication while coordinating with Legal, Finance, and Marketing teams across the US

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field; MBA/CFA/ICIR a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, corporate finance, asset management, or financial communications.
• Prior IR experience at a US-listed company, Nasdaq-listed issuer preferred.
• Experience with US disclosure process for material events and coordinating with clients/counterparties.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, financial models, valuation methodologies, and KPIs.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; highly detail-oriented; able to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for institutional investors, analysts, and the US investment community.
• Prepare investor presentations, fact sheets, earnings call scripts, Q&A materials, and other investor communications.
• Organize investor meetings, roadshows, analyst briefings, earnings calls, and site visits for regional investors.
