Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in finance, equity research, investment banking, or investor relations.
• Direct Wall Street or equivalent capital markets experience preferred.
• Experience in financial statement analysis and valuation.
• Experience supporting quarterly earnings prep and executive communications.
• Experience engaging with institutional investors and analysts.
• Experience preparing executive-level presentations and communicating complex financial information clearly.
• Public-company experience and familiarity with US GAAP and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Communicate Accenture’s business strategy, financial performance and investment proposition to institutional investors and equity analysts.
• Advise Head of Investor Relations on market perspectives and investor sentiment.
• Lead analysis of financial statements, operating performance and external expectations.
• Develop earnings materials, investor presentations, and responses to investor questions.
• Lead elements of the quarterly earnings process including messaging and Q&A prep.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors and analysts.
• Monitor analyst research, consensus expectations and capital markets developments.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Controllership, Tax, and Corporate Communications on financial communications.
• Support investor days, shareholder meetings and earnings calls.
• Oversee preparation and distribution of annual reports and SEC filings.
• Provide direction and coaching to the Investor Relations team.
