Accenture is seeking an Investor Relations Manager, Earnings & Financial Communications to lead the creation of high-quality earnings materials and investor presentations. The role collaborates with Finance, Legal and Corporate Communications to ensure accurate, consistent and analytically rigorous external materials aligned with Accenture’s narrative.

The role requires strong financial analysis, executive writing and presentation development skills, with roughly 25% travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in investor relations or related finance roles.
• Experience in corporate finance, external reporting or FP&A.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and public company disclosure preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly earnings materials, earnings release and presentation development.
• Analyze actual vs forecast performance, key drivers and analyst expectations.
• Convert financial results into clear, investor-facing messages.
• Develop executive presentations, investor materials and briefing documents.
• Coordinate inputs across Finance, Legal, Tax and Corporate Communications.
• Support annual reports, earnings statements and SEC filings.
• Ensure consistency between disclosures, messaging and financial data.
• Prepare materials for investor meetings and analyst sessions.
• Monitor peer results and disclosures for context and benchmarking.
• Manage deliverables independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Support investor days and shareholder events.
