Ardelyx, Inc. is seeking a Senior Investor Relations Manager to lead investor relations and corporate communications, shaping the company’s external narrative and shareholder engagement strategy.

This role reports to the Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications and collaborates with senior leadership and external providers. The successful candidate will develop IR strategies, prepare earnings materials and investor presentations, manage inquiries, and coordinate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 6–8 years in IR/communications/finance
• Strong understanding of public markets and SEC disclosure requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IR & Corporate Communications team on strategies, priorities, messaging and budgeting
• Draft and prepare quarterly earnings materials, including earnings releases, scripts, Q&A and investor presentations
• Coordinate responses to investor inquiries with senior leadership and stakeholders
• Analyze institutional investor ownership and 13F activity, and manage investor relations data
• Draft and manage investor communications, including press releases and website content
• Manage IR calendar and cross-functional events such as earnings cadence, NDRs and conferences
• Maintain IR CRM, generate analytics and investor profiles
• Coordinate planning and support for investor events and meetings
• Synthesize information for external disclosures with Finance, Legal, Regulatory and Commercial teams
