Job summary

Finatal, a leading global private equity and private credit fund, is seeking an Investor Relations Senior Associate/VP in New York. You will own investor communications, fundraising support and relationship management with a diverse international investor base, reporting to senior leadership and coordinating with finance and legal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in investor relations, fundraising, or client-facing roles in private markets.
• Clear communicator of complex financial information to international investors.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and investor CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership across a broad range of investor relations responsibilities, including communications and reporting.
• Lead the preparation and delivery of investor presentations, fundraising materials and DD responses.
• Manage quarterly reporting, announcements and other investor communications.
• Support and lead investor calls and meetings with timely follow-up.
• Monitor market developments and produce updates for senior management.
• Maintain investor data and reporting in the CRM, ensuring data quality.
• Coordinate Annual Meeting materials and other key investor events.
