The Investor Services Team sits underneath the Investor Relations team at Carmel Partners.
Carmel's Investor Relations team is the connective tissue between the Firm and the institutional investors whose capital funds everything we build. The Senior Associate sits at the center of that work: shaping how Carmel's strategy, performance and story reach a sophisticated investor audience and owning the systems and materials the team relies on to do it. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, this is a high-visibility role for someone who wants deep exposure to institutional capital, real estate investment strategy and Firm leadership — and who takes pride in work that is both intellectually rigorous and impeccably executed.

Compensation and Benefits

Base compensation range $145K to $155K. Total compensation for this role also includes a bonus incentive in addition to the base salary. The Company reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and to offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances unrelated to an applicant’s sex or other protected status under local, state or federal law.
