Michael Page is seeking a Senior Analyst / Associate, Investments & Development to support investment, development, and asset management across a diverse real estate portfolio. You will gain exposure to acquisitions, underwriting, and strategic growth initiatives.

You will report to the Head of Investments and play a key role in evaluating, executing, and managing investments and development opportunities, coordinating with cross‑functional teams and external partners to drive value.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
  • Approximately 3–5 years of commercial real estate investment, asset management, development, or capital markets experience.
  • Experience on the ownership/principal/developer/investment side of commercial real estate.
  • Strong financial modeling and underwriting skills with advanced Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain financial models to evaluate development, acquisition, and joint venture opportunities.
  • Support asset management through portfolio analysis, performance tracking, and investment recommendations.
  • Conduct market research, demographic analysis, and competitive assessments.
  • Assist with due diligence, underwriting, investment memos, and transaction execution.
  • Coordinate with legal counsel, lenders, and other stakeholders throughout the investment lifecycle.
  • Lead select projects independently while collaborating with senior leadership on growth initiatives.

Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Analyst / Associate, Investments & Development to support investment, development, and asset management initiatives across a diverse real estate portfolio. This role offers significant visibility into acquisitions, underwriting, development projects, portfolio management, and strategic initiatives, making it an ideal opportunity for a commercially minded real estate professional looking to take ownership of projects and accelerate their career on the principal side. You will report to the Head of Investments and play a key role in evaluating, executing, and managing investments and development opportunities across the portfolio.

  • Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate development, acquisition, disposition, and joint venture opportunities.
  • Support asset management initiatives through portfolio analysis, performance tracking, business planning, and investment recommendations.
  • Conduct market research, demographic analysis, and competitive assessments to identify opportunities and support strategic decision‑making.
  • Assist with due diligence, underwriting, investment memos, financial analysis, and transaction execution.
  • Coordinate with legal counsel, consultants, lenders, public agencies, and third‑party stakeholders throughout the investment lifecycle.
  • Support development and capital markets initiatives, including budgeting, project evaluation, reporting, and financial forecasting.
  • Lead select projects independently while collaborating closely with senior leadership on strategic growth initiatives.
Profile

For the Senior Analyst / Associate, Investments & Development we are seeking:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Approximately 3-5 years of commercial real estate investment, asset management, development, capital markets, or related experience.
  • Experience working on the ownership, principal, developer, or investment side of commercial real estate.
  • Strong financial modeling and underwriting skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Exposure to multiple asset classes including retail, office, industrial, mixed‑use, or other commercial property types preferred.
  • Experience supporting acquisitions, developments, joint ventures, asset management, or capital markets transactions.
  • Ability to manage projects independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Argus experience preferred; familiarity with emerging AI tools and data‑driven analysis is a plus.
Job Offer
