Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a senior client and internal liaison to manage complex trade inquiries impacting investment management clients.

You will lead end-to-end coordination across Product, Operations, Risk, Technology, and relationship teams to investigate issues, communicate updates, and drive timely resolution. Responsibilities include translating inquiries into repeatable playbooks, conducting root-cause analysis, and embedding remediation into the operating model, while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically eight to 10 years of job-related experience in institutional trust/financial industry.
• Advanced knowledge of the investment trade lifecycle, including trade capture, settlement, and exception resolution.
• Ability to lead complex client inquiries from assessment to resolution with clear ownership and communication.
• Experience coordinating across Product, Operations, Risk, Technology, and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior client and internal liaison for complex trade inquiries affecting investment management clients.
• Coordinate end-to-end resolution of high-risk, time-sensitive issues, including trade capture, settlement, and failed trades.
• Translate inquiries into repeatable playbooks, decision trees, and operating procedures.
• Identify recurring themes, perform root-cause analysis, and implement remediation into operating models.
• Recommend process, control, data, training, and technology improvements in line with laws and policies.
