Job summary

The role partners with senior stakeholders to enhance operational infrastructure, enable scalable procedures, governance, and auditability, and collaborates with technology teams on workflow design and platform readiness.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in investment operations or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of reconciliations, controls, and third-party oversight.
• Experience supporting multiple investment workflows and products.
• Ability to design or improve operating models, processes, and control frameworks.
• Experience partnering with technology teams on systems implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead core operational controls and reconciliations across key investment data.
• Identify recurring issues and drive process improvements with stakeholders and partners.
• Oversee relationships with third-party service providers and monitor performance standards.
• Design and strengthen reconciliation processes, control standards, escalation procedures, and ownership frameworks.
• Establish consistent operating procedures and accountability across teams and providers.
• Produce operational reporting and insights for senior management.
• Support transfer of investment data across operations, accounting, and reporting.
• Collaborate with technology and transformation teams on workflow design and platform readiness.
• Develop scalable procedures, governance routines, and documentation for auditability.
• Help build a high-performing operations function with clear roles and standards.
