You will own complex operational processes, strengthen control environments, and partner with across finance, legal, compliance, auditors, custodians, fund administrators, and other third-party providers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in financial services, especially alternative investments, fund operations, risk, controls or audit.
• Strong project management, judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple complex workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Manage audit cycles from planning through reporting.
• Support fund launches and wind-downs; oversee custody and vendor processes.
• Drive control remediation and process improvement initiatives end-to-end.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, compliance, auditors, custodians and fund administrators.
