Qualifications

• Strong understanding of investment transactions, capital calls, cash management, portfolio reporting, and client account operations is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM or portfolio management systems is required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and mentorship abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Client Account Management: Support client relationships, maintain account records, and coordinate requests with internal teams and external service providers.
• Investment Operations: Process and monitor investment transactions, capital calls, wire transfers, and trade execution activities.
• Portfolio Reporting: Prepare and review client performance reports, account statements, invoices, and investment documentation.
• Transaction Coordination: Work with custodians, fund administrators, and investment teams to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.
• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain client records, support AML/KYC requirements, and ensure accurate transaction documentation.
• Team Support: Provide guidance to junior team members, improve operational workflows, and support client service initiatives.
