Job summary

Scottish Rite for Children’s Dallas Shared Services team seeks an Investment Operations Analyst Sr. The role focuses on daily investment analysis, cash flow forecasting, and endowment operations across multiple pools, with exposure to equities, fixed income, private markets, and hedge funds.

You will prepare performance reports, assist with board materials, and ensure guideline compliance in a mission-driven nonprofit environment. A finance-related degree with relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with three years of directly related experience in an endowment/foundation or related environment.
• Finance, accounting, business, economics or a relevant field is preferred.
• Experience in institutional investment offices such as endowments, foundations, or pension plans.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily investment valuation and fluctuation variance analyses.
• Provide support for endowment operations, cash flow forecasting, and portfolio implementation (capital calls, trades, distributions, incentive fees).
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reporting for adherence to industry standards.
• Support portfolio and mandate guideline compliance and attribution analysis.
• Assist with Board Investment Committee materials and ad hoc analyses.
