Job summary

Voya Investment Management is seeking an Investment Security Referential Senior Analyst to own security master setup for private and public assets, with emphasis on private credit and loan instruments. You will lead data quality reviews and collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Investment teams.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in investment data with strong Excel/SQL skills, and experience across funded/unfunded facilities, term loans, and revolvers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, data management or related field.
• 10+ years in investment management or capital markets data with leadership experience.
• 7+ years in security master/referential data with private and public assets.
• Advanced Excel and intermediate SQL skills; familiarity with market data tools.
• Experience with private credit and loan instruments strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead team priorities, mentor teammates, and ensure delivery quality.
• Oversee data quality reviews of security master data and maintain policy adherence.
• Own setup and review of security masters for private and public assets.
• Coordinate with vendors to reconcile and improve referential data.
• Engage with Risk, Investment Teams, Compliance, Technology, and Operations.
