Job summary

Millennium is seeking a Reference Data Analyst in the United States to manage the Global Security Master, with emphasis on bank debt instruments. You will ensure data accuracy, drive quality checks, and partner with front, middle, and back-office teams as well as external vendors.

The role requires 5–7+ years in financial services, strong knowledge of Bank Debt and Leveraged Loans, and proficiency in Bloomberg and other data platforms.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in financial services, ops at broker-dealer or asset management, with Security Master and reference data.
• Strong knowledge of Bank Debt, Leveraged Loans and other credit instruments.
• Experience with Bloomberg and data vendors such as Refinitiv, Markit, ICE.
• Ability to implement and maintain scalable, well-governed controls.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel along with effective stakeholder communication.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate setup and maintenance of tradable securities in Global Security Master.
• Oversee data quality checks through system-driven and business validation processes.
• Create and maintain procedures, workflows and controls for efficiency and data integrity.
• Collaborate with front, middle, back-office and external vendors to resolve issues.
• Work with Development to define requirements and support new processes.
• Evaluate and implement vendors in Bank Debt and Leveraged Loan space.
• Oversee key lifecycle events and ensure timely Security Master updates.
• Support servicing, pricing accuracy and risk management of assets.
