Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in investment operations, investment accounting, data management, or related area.
• Experience leading teams and driving process improvements.
• Strong understanding of investment products and data governance.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data governance, security master operations, and related controls.
• Onboard new investment products and support portfolio changes.
