Job summary

Point72 Asset Management, L.P. is seeking an Investment Professional Engagement professional to help build durable careers for investment professionals through content, training, and tools leveraged by Fundamental Equities.

You will partner with coaches to translate ideas into practical, teachable materials and maintain a comprehensive library of investment frameworks and guides. You will also design stock case studies, keep content current with evolving markets, and collaborate with Compliance

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a fundamental long/short equities analyst at a hedge fund is required.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Strong knowledge of fundamental investment research and thesis monitoring.
• Familiarity with AI tools including large language models and document retrieval systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to translate complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with coaches across Fundamental Equities to convert ideas into practical content.
• Create stock case studies based on long/short investment setups and distill complex situations into teachable materials.
• Develop and maintain a library of investment frameworks, research guides, templates, checklists, and worked examples.
• Keep materials current as markets evolve while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with Compliance on the use of live tickers, third‑party data, and AI tools in materials.
• Support content roadmaps by identifying gaps and prioritizing needs to deliver high-impact content.
• Build strong relationships across investment, coaching, technology, and management to drive projects forward.
