Job summary

Point72 Academy invites experienced professionals to join its 2026 Investment Analyst Program. This ten-month, paid training program introduces you to the buy-side and prepares you for a potential role as a Fundamental Equities Financial Analyst at Point72.

During the Academy, you'll rotate with two investing teams, develop financial models, and receive mentorship and ongoing professional development to grow beyond the Academy.

Qualifications

• Superior analytical skills demonstrated through work experience and/or graduate education in finance, economics, or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate.
• A fierce commitment to ethics and integrity; self-motivated with eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Develop sophisticated financial models and company analyses for coverage.
• Learn statistics, accounting, financial modeling, data analysis, and coding.
• Complete a compliance training curriculum to prepare for an analyst role.
• Rotate with two investing teams and gain mentorship from senior professionals.
