Job summary

Point72 is seeking an Investment Professional Engagement professional to help our investment professionals build durable careers. You will partner with coaches across Fundamental Equities to turn ideas into practical content, develop stock case studies, and maintain a library of research frameworks and templates.

You will keep materials current as markets evolve, work with AI teams to apply tools in research workflows, and ensure compliant use of data.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a fundamental long/short equities analyst at a hedge fund.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong command of fundamental investment research, including earnings and valuation analysis.
• Ability to identify materials and tools for investment professionals that are credible and useful.
• Working understanding of AI tools, including large language models and document-retrieval systems.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex ideas into clear plans.
• Proven success managing multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Discretion and sound judgement with proprietary information.
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Partner with coaches to turn ideas and methods into clear, practical content.
• Create stock case studies from realistic long/short setups.
• Develop and maintain a library of investment frameworks and guides.
• Keep materials current as markets and workflows evolve.
• Collaborate with technology and AI teams to translate tools into coaching content.
• Coordinate with Compliance on use of live data and AI tools.
• Support content roadmaps by identifying gaps and prioritizing needs.
• Build relationships across investment, coaching, tech, and management teams.
