Omnicom Media's OMnet unit seeks an Investment Senior Associate to steward and execute media campaigns across Linear TV and Digital, working with a roster of 15–30 accounts.

You will support the Investment Manager in media plan development, research, strategy, revenue tracking, and negotiations, while coaching junior staff and building stakeholder relationships. Office-based in New York, collaboration and data-driven decision-making are core.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, finance, communications or related field.
  • 1–2+ years in a media agency or media sales role with account/client management experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Advanced knowledge of Prisma, National Buy Toolkit, Print Buy Toolkit or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of media math formulas and concepts.
  • Basic understanding of revenue and profit concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Investment Manager as the primary buying lead for a client roster, including media plan development, research, strategy, revenue tracking, and media negotiations.
  • Train, develop, and coach team members to deliver best-in-class media outputs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Be a trusted advisor in the investment process for internal client teams and the OMnet division.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a business concentration in advertising, marketing, finance, communications, or related field.

About The Role

The Investment Senior Associate will be assigned to one of four team pods within the OMnet Investment Division and will primarily be responsible for stewardship, execution, and support across an assigned client roster. Each team pod comprises 10-12 individuals and each assigned client roster ranges from 15-30 accounts across various category verticals. This is an omni‑channel role, meaning you will work on campaign execution across various media disciplines. There is a particular emphasis placed on Linear Television and Digital media, but you will also receive exposure to Audio, OOH, Print, Social, and Local media buying and execution. The Senior Associate will also help train 1-2 direct reports comprised of Associates (entry‑level) and will report into an Investment Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Investment Manager as the primary buying lead for a given client roster, which includes but is not limited to, media plan development, research, strategy development, tracking revenue generation, and negotiating media.
  • Train, develop, and coach team members to ensure we are delivering best‑in‑class media outputs.
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Be a trusted advisor for the investment process for internal client teams and the wider OMnet division.
Workplace Requirements

Employees are required to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in‑office days are directed by their agency or manager.
