Job summary

Churchill Asset Management seeks a candidate to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to underwrite investment opportunities across private equity-related opportunities. You will assist in preparing internal memoranda and investment materials to communicate with internal stakeholders.

The role includes monitoring portfolio performance, engaging with private equity sponsors, portfolio company management, and intermediaries to generate deal flow, and participating in due diligence meetings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• 2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred

Responsibilities

• Underwrite investment opportunities across PEJC using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Prepare internal memoranda and materials to support investment recommendations.
• Monitor portfolio performance and communicate with private equity firms, portfolio teams and third-party clients.
• Develop relationships with private equity firms and intermediaries to generate deal flow.
• Participate in due diligence meetings with sponsors and portfolio company executives.
