Job summary

Orrstown Bank seeks a results-driven professional for the OFA Trust Eastern Regular role in Lancaster, PA. The position is full-time sales focused on trust and investment services, requiring a finance degree and several years of relevant experience.

The role includes developing new business, administering accounts, and preparing management reports. Candidates should be skilled in communication and analytics, with licensure or willingness to obtain securities and insurance licenses.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance or related discipline with specialized training in sales.
5 years’ experience selling Trust or Investment Services.
Possess appropriate securities and insurance licenses, or willingness to attain.

Responsibilities

Develop new business working with business partners to cultivate referrals; performs administration of various types of investment accounts; prepare and provide periodic management reports as requested; administer investment and relationship management for assigned accounts.
Interface with the Bank’s Center of Influence (COI), including members of the Board of Directors, Presidents Advisory Councils and community professionals.
Organize and conduct seminars in accordance with the Orrstown Financial Advisors Marketing Plan; serve on assigned departmental operating committees.
