Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive experience in private wealth management or related financial services.
- 5+ years of demonstrated leadership experience managing wealth management teams.
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required; additional licenses may be required by role scope.
Responsibilities
- Drive regional revenue growth by acquiring UHNW/HNW client relationships and expanding wallet share.
- Lead a regional team of Private Client Advisors and Investment Advisors; foster high-performance culture.
- Recruit, retain and develop Private Wealth talent; set performance expectations and coach.
- Ensure differentiated, white-glove client experience and comprehensive wealth plans.
- Develop the regional business plan with targets, headcount, and market expansion strategies.
