Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in investment accounting and reporting.

• Experience with Workday or other large ERP systems preferred.
• Experience in Real Estate/Finance industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and complete quarterly financial reporting packages for investors and lenders.
• Prepare quarterly financial statements.
• Prepare quarterly investor statements.
• Publish quarterly performance metrics including time-weighted returns and IRR; update distribution calculations.
• Assist in researching complex accounting/regulatory issues.
• Document and evaluate accounting treatment; oversee complex investment activity recording.
