Job summary

U.S. Center for SafeSport in Denver, CO seeks an Investigator 2 to conduct full-spectrum administrative investigations of misconduct allegations within the Olympic/Paralympic Movement.

The role supports fairness, thoroughness, timeliness, and neutrality in collaboration with leadership and legal teams. The Investigator will manage high-severity caseloads, interview multiple parties, and draft investigation findings and notices while maintaining meticulous case documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, human services, or related.
• 5 years' experience conducting trauma-informed sexual misconduct and/or child abuse investigations, with case management system experience.

Responsibilities

• Interview claimants, respondents, and witnesses.
• Prepare for and document interviews; ensure transcripts are accurate.
• Research, obtain, and review documentary evidence.
• Review the Code, NGB policies, and analogous standards in light of alleged misconduct.
• Draft comprehensive investigative reports, Notices of Allegations, and Notices of Decision.
• Document thoroughly in the Case Management System and update parties.
