The U.S. Center for SafeSport is seeking a Paralegal to provide essential support to the Legal team, assisting with arbitration matters, including research, drafting, and witness coordination.

You will collaborate with attorneys and staff across the Center, handling sensitive topics with discretion, and contribute to hearings preparation and legal administration in a full-time role based in Denver, CO or remote within eligible states.

Competenze

• Undergraduate degree in political science, criminal justice, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years supporting attorneys in a law firm, government legal office, or other relevant legal experience.
• Experience supporting litigation attorneys in trials, hearings, arbitrations, or other similar proceedings.
• Experience handling sensitive subject matter (e.g., child abuse, sexual misconduct).

• Litigation Assistance: review case files, summarize key facts and policy.
• Technical Legal Research and Writing: draft notices and briefs, identify issues.
• Legal Administration: coordinate with arbitrators, opposing counsel, and staff.
• Legal Research: support R&R with relevant policies and statutes.
