The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, cross-functional collaboration, and building robust SOPs as the company grows. Strong tech fluency with inventory systems is valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse, logistics, or inventory ops.
• Ability to build from scratch in a growing company.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Clear communicator, proactive problem-solver.
• Tech-savvy with inventory systems and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound freight flow and unloading execution.
• Drive productivity and backlog reduction.
• Maintain inventory location accuracy and 5S.
• Lead picking productivity and cost-per-unit performance.
• Manage daily labor deployment and real-time adjustments.
• Collaborate with GM, People Ops, and cross-functional teams.
