Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or related field.
• Foundational understanding of inventory management, forecasting, or production planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven insights.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute short‑ and long‑term supply and inventory planning across the network.
• Develop and maintain supply plans balancing inventory, capacity, and cost across sites.
• Manage inventory replenishment using DRP/MRP to optimize service and turns.
• Partner with Demand Planning, Operations, and Finance to analyze forecast performance.
• Maintain inventory planning assumptions like safety stock and service levels.
• Prepare insights and scenarios to support S&OP and supply reviews.
• Monitor planning KPIs and identify opportunities to improve service and cost.
• Support process improvements for planning efficiency and cross-functional alignment.
