Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a senior Engineer to lead strategy for material and inventory control across our services supply chain in Texas. You will partner with planning, repair operations, finance, contract manufacturers, 3PLs, and IT to improve controls and reduce financial adjustments.

Responsibilities include establishing cycle counts, inventory policies, dashboards, and data-driven improvements. You will influence multi-site operations and drive efficiency with executive-ready plans.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in inventory management or supply chain roles.
• Experience running cycle count programs and physical inventory governance.
• Proven ability to work effectively with outsourced supply chain partners.
• Deep expertise in warehouse controls to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Strong ERP/WMS experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Manhattan, Blue Yonder).
• Strong analytical skills with large datasets to drive decisions.
• Knowledge of inventory accounting, controls, audits, and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve processes to meet inventory accuracy targets while minimizing financial adjustments across the service and repair supply chain.
• Create and implement control standards, policies, and governance across Service Supply Chain sites and partners.
• Establish cycle count, physical inventory and scrap policies with execution standards and audits.
• Build operating rhythms with outsourced partners to maintain accuracy and reduce shortages and aging inventory.
• Analyze inventory trends and drive corrective actions for adjustments.
• Improve inventory controls, segregation of duties, ERP/WMS processes and data quality.
• Serve as senior point of contact for resolving critical inventory discrepancies with partner-held inventory.
• Develop dashboards, reports, SOPs, and training materials to improve consistency and decision-making.
• Drive data-backed recommendations and executive-ready implementation plans.
