Qualifications

• 12+ years of inventory management, cycle count, and supply chain experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience with inventory governance, reconciliation, and policy implementation.
• Proven track record with outsourced supply chain partners and inventory controls.
• Expertise in warehouse controls and ERP/WMS systems to ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve processes to meet inventory accuracy targets across service and repair supply chain.
• Create control standards, policies, and governance across sites and partners.
• Establish cycle count, physical inventory, and scrap policies with audit readiness.
• Build operating rhythms with outsourced partners to reduce shortages and aging inventory.
• Analyze inventory trends to drive performance and action plans.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and SOPs for decision-making across teams.
