Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a senior Inventory and Supply Chain leader to strategize and execute material and inventory control across its service and repair networks. The role partners with planning, repair operations, finance, contract manufacturers, 3PLs, and IT to improve controls and reduce financial adjustments.

Responsibilities include establishing cycle counts, governance, and reconciliation while driving data-driven improvements and dashboards to enable executive-level decisions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in inventory management or related fields.
• Experience with cycle counts, physical inventory, and reconciliation.
• Proven collaboration with external partners and multi-site operations.
• Deep warehouse controls knowledge to ensure accuracy.
• Experience with ERP/WMS platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve processes to reach inventory accuracy targets and minimize financial adjustments.
• Create control standards and governance across manufacturing sites and outsourced partners.
• Establish cycle count, physical inventory, and scrap policies with audit readiness.
• Build operating rhythms with outsourced partners to reduce shortages and aging inventory.
• Analyze inventory trends and drive action through data-driven insights.
• Develop dashboards and reports to improve decision-making across teams.
