Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking an experienced inventory control professional to own and optimize weekly cycle-counts across contract manufacturers and warehouses in California. You will reconcile physical counts with ERP/WMS data, drive corrective actions, and lead cross-functional teams to improve accuracy and performance.

The role requires 8+ years in inventory control or related supply chain functions, strong Excel skills, and experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Manhattan.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related supply-chain function.
• Hands-on experience managing inventory accuracy and cycle-count programs in warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
• Demonstrated ability to investigate physical-to-system discrepancies and drive issues through reconciliation and closure.
• Experience managing weekly operational metrics, site-performance reviews, corrective actions, and partner follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Own the weekly inventory-accuracy operating rhythm across contract manufacturer and warehouse sites, including cycle-count performance and variance resolution.
• Manage cycle-count programs end-to-end: count scheduling, ABC classification, variance investigation, reconciliation, and closure.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies across receiving, storage, material movement, and system transactions; lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Review weekly site-level results, identify performance gaps, and drive containment and corrective actions with internal teams and external partners.
• Compare physical inventory to ERP and WMS records, ensuring discrepancies are recorded and rectified.
• Monitor partner adherence to inventory-control procedures, transaction rigor, and service-level expectations.
• Maintain inventory-control dashboards, scorecards, and SOPs; escalate significant risks and discrepancies with impact assessments.
