Adidas Portland is seeking a senior Inventory planning leader to drive end-to-end inventory management and cross‑functional alignment across NAM markets. You will develop strategies, KPIs and processes to support commercial objectives, financial requirements and brand integrity.

You will lead reporting and analysis using SQL, Excel, Power BI and SAP, while improving data accuracy and forecasting. A hybrid work policy applies with in‑office collaboration required for certain activities.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in operations, planning or buying in consumer goods or related fields.
• Strong data analytics, data integration and KPI development.
• Experience with inventory, demand, purchasing processes and end‑to‑end SCM.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end inventory management and movement across NAM market.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Inventory, Finance and Supply Chain.
• Own weekly inventory reporting and provide ad hoc analysis using SQL, Excel, Power BI and SAP.
• Develop inventory health processes, including production planning, transfers and returns.
• Improve inventory reporting, data accuracy and cross‑team communications.
• Coordinate with commercial/brand teams for actions and One NAM rollout.
• Support U.S. inventory processes integration into Canada for consistency.
• Communicate risks and actions via monthly SLT reports.
