Job summary

UCLA Housing & Hospitality Services (H&HS) seeks a Storekeeper Senior to manage materials for campus properties. You will oversee daily stockroom operations, purchase parts/equipment, and maintain the Work Order system across multiple stockrooms.

Responsibilities include performing periodic stock inventories, organizing tools and vehicles, and ensuring accurate data entry in the inventory database while supporting a safe, efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in inventory stock control and restock ordering using multiple vendors.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English; precise data entry skills.
• Experience with inventory counts and maintaining stock records.
• Knowledge of safety practices and use of general office software.
• Must possess and maintain a valid California noncommercial license.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily stockroom operations and manage inventory records.
• Purchase parts/equipment and track issuance across multiple stockrooms.
• Conduct periodic physical inventory and maintain Work Order data base.
• Assist with tool, equipment, and vehicle maintenance coordination.
