Job summary

UCLA Housing & Hospitality Services seeks a Storekeeper Senior to manage the Housing Maintenance Parts Department inventory and related stockrooms. You will handle purchasing, track issuance of parts and equipment, and maintain the work order database to ensure accurate records and timely restocking.

Responsibilities include physical inventory, coordinating with multiple vendors, and ensuring safety and accuracy in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years inventory control experience.
• Ability to count, do simple math, and restock using multiple vendors.
• Valid CA noncommercial Class C Driver's License required.
• Knowledge of general work safety practices.
• Experience with database management and routine clerical tasks.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Housing Maintenance Parts Department inventory and stockrooms.
• Purchase and track issuance of parts/equipment; manage work order data base.
• Conduct periodic physical inventory of stockroom supplies/equipment.
• Monitor and facilitate maintenance/repair of tools, equipment and vehicles.
• Ensure accurate data entry and adherence to safety procedures.
