Amentum seeks a Senior Inventory Management and Property Control professional to oversee asset accountability and audits in a dynamic government contractor setting. You will supervise staff, coordinate with leadership, and ensure accurate inventories and records.

Responsibilities include processing inventory requests, updating electronic systems, and maintaining hand-receipts. Strong customer service and regulatory knowledge are essential to support office priorities and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Eight years of related professional experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Forklift certification within 30 days of start and every 24 months.

Responsibilities

• Supervise other contractor personnel in completing tasks.
• Coordinate with Senior Logistics Staff Officer to align with Office of Logistics priorities.
• Process routine inventory requests by validating receipts against requirements.
• Provide status updates to designated staff and Office of Logistics focal points.
• Update electronic records with status/location of items.
• Issue and maintain hand-receipts and track vehicles.
• Process electronic transactions of property/equipment in sponsor systems.
• Create auditable financial statements by scanning/recording data.
• Assist in property inventory, reconcile discrepancies, retrieve data from databases.
• Maintain vehicle and telecommunication equipment records.
