Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic inventory plans aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with finance and procurement to meet inventory requirements while balancing TCO and service expectations.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and inventory accounting standards.
• Monitor KPIs related to inventory performance and report to stakeholders.
• Lead and develop inventory analysts for continuous improvement.
• Maintain data integrity of material master records in ERP systems with stakeholder engagement.
• Work with maintenance teams to define strategies for critical spare parts and SLAs at item master level.
• Manage demand planning processes related to inventory management.
• Analyze and optimize inventory levels to align with requirements and strategic goals.
• Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with finance and compliance.
