Job Description :

• The organization is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to oversee inventory control, optimization, and management across a designated region or site.
• The role involves analyzing inventory data, reporting on performance metrics, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to ensure effective inventory health and support operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic inventory plans aligned with the overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in finance and procurement to assess and meet inventory requirements while balancing total cost of ownership and service expectations.
• Ensure compliance with internal enterprise processes and inventory accounting standards relevant to the region or site.
• Monitor and communicate key performance indicators related to inventory performance to stakeholders.
• Lead and manage inventory analysts, fostering a culture of effective learning and professional development.
• Maintain high data integrity standards for material master records within enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, including stakeholder engagement for critical asset linkage visibility.
• Work closely with maintenance teams to define strategies for critical spare parts and establish service level agreements at the item master level.
• Manage demand planning processes related to inventory management.
• Analyze and optimize inventory levels regularly to align with material requirements and strategic goals.
