Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Business Administration, Materials Management, Inventory Control, or Purchasing is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with ERP planning systems, analytics platforms, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a Zero Harm culture by maintaining a safe workplace and promoting continuous improvement in EH&S performance.
• Develop and execute inventory planning strategies to maximize service, availability, and working capital across SAP, CDK, and regional distribution operations.
• Utilize SAP S/4HANA, CDK, CTS, Planning Model, and the Supply Chain Control Tower to optimize enterprise inventory planning.
• Leverage historical demand, fleet population, customer projects, and lead times to improve fill rate and operational performance.
• Identify inventory risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives using Power BI and Palantir.
